The quality of food has deteriorated within the last year. It's a shame as this place used to good. Ordered the fajitas and they came out lukewarm, plus the chicken was extremely salty. The quesadilla had no flavor. Very disappointed with Don Gallo.

Excellent experience on a Wednesday night with a party of seven at the Choto establishment. We were seated promptly, and waters, chips and salsa were provided quickly. Server was polite, hardworking and very kind to our kids. Margaritas were excellent and the chips were crispy, fresh, and hot. My nondairy child loathed going to a Mexican restaurant until he tried his Carne Asada with a side of fries! He is now looking forward to going back soon. Everyone’s meal was excellent. Atmosphere is great and the folks working there are polite and friendly. We will be back.

Had a fabulous margarita and a wonderful lunch with friends on the patio at the Choto Don Gallo. Our waiter was great. The food was yummy and the drinks... On point!!!
2pm on a Wednesday (day before 4th of july) it wasn't busy. The food was GREAT! The waitress was Great. The Millionaire Margarita and spicy Jalapeño Margarita was GREAT!!! I'll be back!

Recently moved into the area and have frequented all three major restaurants in this complex. Don gallo, craven snd Johnny brusco…. Don gallo definitely the best of the three… but the consistency needs to be better. There are so many Mexican/latin restaurants in this area and Gallo is currently not at the pinnacle of what we have experienced… but by no means are they subpar. And you NEED TO GET TAP BEERS!!! Not everyone likes watery cervesas! Get some IPA’s please. By the way.. the waitress wuis ( weese?) is awesome and so friendly. We will be back…would like to see some improvements!!!
Edit: food is wildly inconsistent. I got the burrito gigante and it had an anemic amount of chicken in it. Wife did not like her shrimp fajitas at all. I feel the quality has gotten worse in the last few times we have been. Service is still friendly but i can’t justify the prices by the quality received. Too many other way better options. I can only see myself returning due to the convenience of its immediate proximity.
