Donatos pizza beats all other pizza chains. They are very responsive and give back to the community. Just order at least once and see the difference in what delivery pizza is supposed to taste like.
I gave the Malone creek location two chances. The first time I got the wrong pizza and let it go because they are new. Today I went in and got overcharged. I asked for them to fix it and got nothing but attitude and no apology for THEM being wrong. They said they refunded me but hours later nothing is even pending. The customer service is horrible and pizza subpar. I won’t be back.
