This was our first visit to Donatos and we were so impressed! The food was delicious … the pizza had that perfect crispy crust that made every bite so satisfying, the meatballs were hearty and flavorful, and the breadsticks and cheesy bread were warm and tasty with just the right amount of garlic! We also love that they have a drive-through, which makes it so convenient. Great food and the girl at the window was very personable… plus our order was ready in 15 minutes on a Saturday night… we’ll definitely be back!
Sorry for the half eaten food… wasn’t going to do a review, but after we ate, we thought other people deserve to know about this place!

I haven’t tried any of the pizzas here, but my oh my their sandwiches are good. Pretty hard to beat for the price. Both their hot chicken and meatball subs are delish and both for less than $9. Takes less than 10 minutes for them to cook it too.

My husband bragged about how good the pizza was at this place. While he was getting a haircut a couple doors down my adult daughter, granddaughter and I decided to stop in for our first time and order dinner so we could eat when he was done.
We went in and it looked as if you ordered at the counter to order your food and grab and seat at a table while you wait for your food. We grabbed a couple of paper menus and looked over the variety of pizza options while we waited in someone (Riley) to come take our order. We actually ended up letting someone go ahead of us since we took a bit longer to decide.
I told Riley I wanted a meat pizza - I don't recall the name. She just looked at me then looked at my daughter. So my daughter said she wanted whatever pizza she saw on the menu. Riley then asked if we were gonna tell her what sizes we wanted. I told her that it was our first time and we needed some help while I was looking down scanning the menu for the sizes my daughter caught her mocking me. My daughter then said that was rude. I then looked up to see what happened, Riley walked away and never came back. 20' in a restaurant, I never tasted the food and I'll never go back and neither will my husband. Riley should find another job that doesn't involve working with customers.
I asked for the general managers phone number. I was given an email address.

Love the pizza and our little that is gluten free has never been contaminated; however, if you’re adding anything to your cart that is on “deals” you can not delete it if you order something else you prefer….so you’re stuck ordering it all or, like us, taking our business elsewhere. We have ran into this many times.
