Went through thru drive thru this morning and Doug, the General Manager, took our order. The service was stellar. There was virtually no wait since I missed the morning rush. Doug let me take my time ordering since I was getting quite a bit of food for a small crew and let me know about the deals when purchasing multiple sandwiches to dave money. I kept adding items and he had a good sense of humor about it and I appreciate his patience and professionalism. We love the Hardee's in Cedar Bluff.

I pulled up at the drive-thru tonight at 9:28 after checking to be sure they were open (drive-thru closes at 10:00 p.m.). I sat there for 6 minutes, waiting on someone to come on the box and take my order. I drove up to the window (sticker on it says drive-thru closes at 10:00, just like the Google info said), and a girl appeared and took the locking bar off, then she informed me they were closed. I told her I had waited at the box and reminded her that the drive-thru was supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m. She called out for someone, ostensibly some sort of manager, and he told me they were closed. I reminded him of the time and that it says online and on the drive-thru window what the hours are.He informed me that he closes early so they can clean up and be out of there by 10:00. If that’s their procedure, then they need to change their info on their hours, but I suspect that he was not not supposed to do that. He started to look a little nervous and said, “Everything is off already,” and I replied, “And so are you, apparently.”What does everyone think of this? I’ve never run into a situation like this.

We place a large order once a month for breakfast. Having that many sandwiches ready by 6am is not an easy task, but the new manager, Doug and the gentlemen in the kitchen, work hard to have it ready with a smile.
