This place isn't your typical donut shop. So they make the donuts after you order them so you know they're nice and fresh and hot. Only problem with this is whatever toppings you choose melt right off of them. So they don't have flavored donuts it's just their vanilla doughnut which is kind of a combination of a Pancake/cake doughnut base. I got the peanut butter marshmallow one, it was tasty but the topping melted all the way off so I pretty much had to try to wipe it back on. I also got the one with sprinkles. They were tasty I would definitely come back. I also got the lemonade and it was extremely sour so I probably wouldn't get that again

This is my families first time trying duck donuts, and overall everyone loved it. We ordered a half dozen and received our order about 10 min after placing it. When we got to the car we opened the box to check them out and realized there were only 5 donuts in the box. We went back in to get the missing one. The store wasn’t busy when we initially arrived but a small rush had developed during our visit. There did appear to be only one employee at the time and up until this point our only interaction with her was when she called our name to hand us our order. I was a little anxious about how the interaction was going to go when we informed her that one of our donuts had been forgotten but she was great! She stopped what she was doing figured out which one it was and had us in our way within a few minutes. I had seen some reviews about poor customer service and rude employees but good customer service doesn’t always mean an over dramatized personality.She was busy and couldn’t treat every customer like they were the only person to exist however, she was able to efficiently and politely do her job , provide a quality product and she swiftly handled our minor inconvenience.We will definitely be back and will bring the kiddos next time to build their own donut!

Decided to give this place a try. I went to Krispy Kreme first and was disappointed by their lack of selection. So I remembered my wife saying she had ate some donuts from this place the other day at her job that someone brought in. She said it was really good. I was really surprised at their selection and how they make their donuts fresh to order. The service was excellent unlike the guy at Krispy Kreme who looked like he wanted to just go home and not be there. The donuts themselves are great and I would highly recommend that if you haven't been here before then you're missing out. It might be a little bit higher but well worth the price. I will be returning. Thank you and good job to the staff at Duck Donuts

This was our first visit here after passing by several times before. These were made to order donuts, so they were very fresh with really flavorful toppings to choose from. The light, cake like donut itself was great. We will definitely visit again, as these were some of the best, if not the the best, donuts I've ever had.

Duck Donuts in Knoxville is absolutely fantastic. The donuts were amazing, just like their slogan says! Warm, Delicious, and Made-to-Order!
Beyond the incredible food, the staff was exceptionally kind, and the customer service was a true 10/10. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
What truly set this visit apart, however, was witnessing one of the greatest single acts of kindness performed by their staff that I've seen in a long time. It was a beautiful display of compassion and is truly how every business should act towards those less fortunate. I won't go into detail, as I don't want to inadvertently get anyone in trouble for being an amazing human beings, but it was incredibly moving.
If all businesses acted with this level of empathy, our community would be paradise.
Go for the donuts, but know you are supporting a business with a truly generous heart. Highly, highly recommend!
