The donuts are absolutely delicious! No complaints there whatsoever. However, I was very disappointed they did not have the Jeep donut duck. Apparently a lot of other duck donut locations have these but for some reason the locations in Knoxville and Chattanooga do not. Not sure why but hope they rectify this.
One word!! Yummmm fresh made donuts while you wait . Great assortment! My favorite is PB & Jelly & Blueberry Pancake!

My first time eating donuts from Duck Donuts, and they were amazing! I don’t think I’ll ever eat a doughnut from anywhere else! When I told the lady at the counter it was my first time there, she went over lots of the selections. She explained how the donuts were made, and the options I could choose from to customize my own donut, although they had plenty to choose from. If you haven’t tried Duck Donuts, I highly recommend them.

Place is so small, greasy donuts, 20 minute wait time for donuts, and donuts taste horrible and overly sweet, forgot to mention the fact that it was so overpriced! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Tried Duck Donuts today, and it is kinda cool that your oder is made fresh. It also is kind of an experience watching them hand dip and dress each variety..., aaand the staff is just super friendly and welcoming, but imho they taste like I made them at home.. When I go out for a dessert I desire something I can't make at home, or at least not like the store does.Knoxville doesn't have a good donut store. Dunkin has a couple I like, but the best donut shop I've ever been to is Jelly Donut in Grants Pass, Oregon.
