I'm not sure if it's just the coffee overall has gone down hill or what... but this is the third different dunkin I've given a chance in the last couple months... I have a regular simple drink... Large Americano with oatmilk.... The last three (not just from this location) have given me what's supposed to be a fresh espresso dink that tastes like burnt old coffee. I used to love dunkin but I won't be spending money on disappointment again. Sorry dunkin

This cute 'lil shop was conveniently placed along the interstate (.8 miles north) with drive through or walk in. It had a small outdoor table and a clean restroom indoors!

Ordered half dozen old fashioned sour cream and half dozen chocolate glazed at drive thru speaker. Went through the extra steps of saying “these are the chocolate cake donuts.”
They messed up both donut types and they automatically demand a minimum 15% tip with their credit card pad.

It's just not what it used to be. A coffee with cream and sugar looked almost like it had no cream. Their tots were greasy. And then that annoying TIP option when you pay...I guess I just miss the old times when people cared about where they worked.

Since when did the employees get so lazy they can't put cream cheese on your bagel? They can't distinguish the difference between 1 coffee with sugar one without, and the difference in a plain donut and a glazed donut . These people have to listen, and put more effort in their work. If we have to do our own work , by applying cream cheese to our own bagels, then lower the dang prices. .. this place is rediculous..

6/7 times I come here my coffee isn’t even stirred. The other 1 time my coffee doesn’t even taste like anything but water. We live right down the road, I tell you what I want in my coffee just for it to taste like water. Idk man, the convenience of it being close just isn’t worth completely wasting my money anymore.

when i went to this location today, the girl working the window was kinda rude. my drink wasn’t made right AT ALL. i had asked for there to be creamer and vanilla SYRUP in my drink. instead, there was NO CREAMER AND NO VANILLA SYRUP LIKE I HAD ASKED. the girl at the window said; “you do know the swirls are very sweet, right?” like… who is paying?? me or YOU. it’s absolutely ridiculous!!! and there is little to no ice in my drink. if i go somewhere, i expect my order to be correct!! and nothing was correct.

The outside looks great…however, we didn’t know this was a mobile location only. The employees don’t say anything to you. The bathroom would make anyone run out screaming…there was poop on the floor and the smell was unbearable. The coffee was good…weird visit.

I’m kinda shocked this place has a 3.4. I used to go here more frequently in the past than I do now, but I’ve never had an issue here. Coffee comes out right and they’re always polite. It’s a regular Dunkin Donuts that’s mostly focused on drive thru service.

I come through here just about every day that I work because it's the only one on the way, but every day I ask for the exact same order and every day I get the wrong thing. Sometimes when there are new people it's right, but it's usually wrong and I never have time to go back or call without it being 2+hours later, so it feels pointless.
