Placed a $20 mobile order & after waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru they tell me they don't have my order. I have the receipt which the manager Alana refused to look at. She was hateful, argumentative & combative & refused to even try to resolve the issue. Long story short I spent $20 & received NO FOOD, NO REFUND, & the WORST SERVICE I've ever had to deal with. Conveniently she didn't know the name of her manager & the only option you have is to call customer service TOMORROW! UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Just showed up to pick up an online order with the mobile receipt in hand and they said we don't have it sorry about your luck get out of our drive-thru. Manager needs to be fired because instead of trying to figure out her mistake she started yelling at me and refused to fix it. So now we have we wasted $$ and over 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru to pick it up. This location is terrible. It's not the customer's fault you have inept staff and cannot keep regular staff. Alana is the acting store manager and is refusing to give her last name so that we can contact corporate. The app is refusing to give us our money back. She's refusing to help and instead wants to just scream at the customer over the phone and in person.

absolutely the worst establishment ive ever been to!! went to dunkin this afternoon to grab some coffee and a snack before my boyfriend and i had to be at an event at 1 pm. at 12:35 we got there- the drive thru was long so we decided to go inside ( what a mistake! ) we proceeded to wait 25 minutes for our coffee and food. only two workers in the building with a full waiting area of customers and a long line out the parking lot. this location needs serious management help. all of this and when we opened our food up after leaving, our food was made wrong. this isnt the first time we have had an experience like this- the week prior we went through the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for the negligent worker to forget we were at the window and hand us cold food. will never be back to this location to say the least

Very understaffed, I timed myself last time I went and it took 21 minutes for me to get through the line. The coffee is also mid at this location but the staff is always nice.
Ordered a $6.00 meal and an additional coffee. They were out of milk products that go into the coffee ... they didn't have the new Peppermint part of the Peppermint latte ...
Being it is a new location they may need more time and training to get up to snuff.

Ordered butter croissants with eggs sausage and cheese like we do at our other location, received English muffins. Double checked receipt and it shows butter croissants. Received two ice coffees no straws. My employees get coaching if they have poor performance as they are a reflection of me. I know it’s hard to find employees it’s the same in the medical field. But energy is contagious if you love leadership and the company you work for you instill that into your employees. Lenoir City Dunkin is the bomb but this one on Kingston Pike can take pointers from LC.

Everytime I come to this location, the service is very slow. You have to wait in line even with one car in front of you. This is terrible this should not be tolerated. Unfortunately this makes for terrible business.
Find another location. Service, speed of service, everything just continues to get worse. Unfortunate because this location is perfect for my commute in the mornings.

Clearly under staffed. Long waits with little to no sense of urgency.

Under staffed,25 minutes in the drive thru for coffee
This place started out ok and I was excited to have a Dunkin’ within walking distance. It’s gone downhill and unless I have a really good reason to go by there, I’ll be avoiding this one. It’s understaffed. They run out of menu items regularly. They substitute lower quality items and expect you to be happy to overpay for coffee when you ordered a cold brew. Contacting management gets you nowhere. They’re not responsive. They’re too busy mapping out policies for their franchises to care about the quality of their stores.
Go somewhere else. Support a local coffee shop if you can. It’s probably worth the extra cost to have consistent quality.
I will say that some of the staff at this store is very friendly. Some seem annoyed that you showed up to order coffee. It’s a roll of the dice and sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

So I went here to get some coffee and the staff were so respectful, I loved just the vibe in here overall, I don’t really like donuts but the donuts here were homemade and fresh, I loved it, will be back for more!!!!

A mocrowaved breakfast sandwich and a donut (and the wrong one, FWIW) are not worth a 25 minute wait just because the drive-thru is at a standstill. Take a note from Chick-fil-A and find a way to de-risk online ordering.
Sunday afternoon at 2:10 we ordered and sat online for 20 minutes with only one car in front of us served (there were two total in front of us). Several behind us left prior to us leaving. Don’t know what the problem is, hope the rink business carries the business through. We live locally and won’t be back.
