I don’t often leave reviews, but this one has been a long time coming. The thing that pushed me to do it is my order of TWO of the SAME donut somehow came out incorrect. This is somewhat normal at this location. This is in addition to long wait times and poorly made food/coffee. This has been the standard for this location for years. The only positive thing about this location that is somewhat consistent is the politeness of the employees. I’ve only ever gone to this location out of convenience, but if you’re looking for a pleasant Dunkin experience, do yourself a HUGE favor and drive 5 minutes down the road to the Cedar Bluff location. Much better in every regard.

I normally like Dunkin, but this location is just not it. I waited a few extra minutes than I expected to get my order, which would have been fine if the food was worth it. I got 6 count them SIX hashbrowns total. I was annoyed at that but was really annoyed when I tried one and it was cold and tasted gross. My sourdough sandwich was a fail - undercooked bacon, barely toasted bread on one side, and completely untoasted on the other side. The donut was the only thing somewhat pleasant to eat, but even it didn’t hit like a Dunkin usually does. The food was so disappointing that I just went somewhere else for food.

This place is always a disorganized mess! You put a new face on the same old bad, dragging ass service. Employees in the back having conversations while the restaurant is backed up. Seen it too many times! I am a local so I know. Clean it up!

I would leave zero stars if I could. They spent the time and money remodeling the store instead of working out the real problems of getting orders correct and not taking 30 minutes to sit in a drive thru. I placed a mobile order and still waiting in line for over 30 minutes. When I got to the window my large coffee wasn’t even full and was cold by the time I got it. You can order the same coffee every time but the results are never the same.

I came to order a nitro cold brew when I left noticed it was just a cold brew I came back in was expecting at least maybe a discounted price for not informing me that they didn’t have nitro cold brew so I ordered a vanilla latte hoping that they would just take the drink back and give me The latte at discounted price from what I paid for the cold brew and I ended up paying for both drinks and now I have a coffee that I don’t even drink or need they didn’t offer anything for their own mistake

I went to get my mobile order that I placed in drive thru and they were so rude they said I was late and that they had already made it when I placed it for drive thru and they wouldn’t remake it and then gave me a large instead of a medium drink. The food I had was cold and it wasn’t even for me it was for my two year old.
