Saturday 11/16/24 I got a xl coffee and a sandwich, when I got home and came through the door the lid popped off the coffee and spilled all over the floor and coffee isn't fun or easy to clean up completely. The sandwich wasn't very hot either which was the first for that location for me. I went back cause I really wanted a coffee and told the employee Jordan what happened, she made another coffee for me but I didn't feel like there was any true sense of sympathy. Paid for the replacement coffee left and don't see going back there anymore 😕

The workers at this Dunkin’ Donuts were so incredibly nice! They seem like they really loved what they were doing, and they had a great atmosphere in the store. Excellent service, super kind workers, great experience!

This is the best location out of every Dunkin in Knoxville. The staff is beyond friendly, they’re fast paced, and ALWAYS get my order correct. Hannah is so sweet, so is Chicago! I wish I memorized all the staffs name because they’re all the best!

We're on vacation with family and we've witnessed multiple times the manager Brandy verbally abused her employee Al I've never seen anything like it Brandy is the worst person I've ever witnessed abusing an employee how this person is a manager is beyond me. Al seems to be doing all the work while multiple people stand around on their phones and Brandy is doing nothing but screaming at this poor employee Brandy should no longer be a manager and should go back to understand compassion and empathy for her employees
