Service was slow and employees had dull attitudes. Waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by someone who wasn’t even running the to go counter.

My Husband is very sweet to get me a Matcha… too Bad it’s LITERALLY filled up halfway.
He paid $7.03 for this? At least let Him pay $3.50 if you’re only going to fill it up halfway… place is stingy…
Honestly it’s not even up to the Fill Line. I (Didn’t take anything out of the cup.) I wanted to film this before touching it.

I've given this dunkin enough chances, I'm done with them. look how empty this cup is? before even putting my straw in, after the foam the drink is missing at least a third! I spent too much money for this bs. do better. and it's WILD that the first review I see before placing mine is literally about the exact same thing for the same drink! so obviously it's a reoccurring issue.

Maybe it was a staffing issue but the line was way too long and they made me the wrong drink. I did put 3 stars because the staff was polite and did apologize for the wait. Management needs to step up at this location.
every time i come they can never fully cook the everything bagel minis so the inside is cold they all have nasty attitudes and like to make unnecessary jokes and comments do not come here

Every time I went there for breakfast the hash browns are always cold in rush for work so I can't go back last time I went there I told him to make sure the hash browns are hot and they still gave them to me cold. The service is really slow for a fast food place

We ordered online and picked up in drive thru. When we got to the window, the young man just opened it and stared at us. I said we are here to pick up our order. He had a blank look on his face, I don’t know if he was tired or something else, but it was a weird interaction. We had ordered a Halloween bucket full of donut holes and they forgot that, which is fine. We waited. The drive thru line took 30 mins, which on a Saturday morning, again, not a big deal. It was the strange interaction at the window that writes us out.

I am always pleased & very impressed with this location. The drinks are consistent, the service is phenomenal, & the staff are so sweet. There is never a long wait that I’ve experienced, they get you in & out & always make it a delightful experience. I can’t say enough good things about this one! Highly recommend their iced caramel macchiato! Always on spot.
