I am always pleased & very impressed with this location. The drinks are consistent, the service is phenomenal, & the staff are so sweet. There is never a long wait that I’ve experienced, they get you in & out & always make it a delightful experience. I can’t say enough good things about this one! Highly recommend their iced caramel macchiato! Always on spot.

Unlike Camilla Ridings…. I have absolutely the best service every single time I come into this location. Hands down this is the best location around! Someone like Camilla is unfortunately hard to please. You’ll have that. But I crave my Dunkin coffee and this is the place where i satisfy my craving.

Ordered on line for drive thru pick up. Drive was backed up, went in to get order. I arrived just after my order 'time'. Took 10 minutes to get order while waiting inside. Donuts were fine but my hot food was not even close to hot. Terrible. Will not order non donuts from this location ever again.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Once I got to work and started eating my food, I quickly realized that I was eating moldy bread. This is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate over this matter.

So I love me some peppermint! So I wanted to try the recent seasonal re-release of Dunkins classic Peppermint Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam... But I also wanted to try "my own" Peppermint Cold Brew. So I ordered the Pep Cold w/cold foam: First, the aroma of the Peppermint is pretty delicious. And Dunkins cold foam is a classic. But I feel like there could be more coffee blended with peppermint vs. Peppermint blended with a dash of coffee. The Peppermint Mocha syrup is VERY chocolatey almost like powdered cocoa that is just mixed with water. I would def opt in for a shot of espresso just to help even it out. But overall this drink receives a 3.5 out of 5 for me. Next--- my twist: I ordered an iced coffee with 5 pumps of peppermint and I also added 3 pumps of toasted white chocolate, I left off the Cold Foam. This was perfection to me! The white chocolate blended so well with the peppermint and it calmed down the overall straight mocha flavor just enough to thoroughly enjoy it! And my making this one myself and leaving off the foam it was a cheaper cost with more flavor and a really nice iced coffee! I rate a 4.5 out of 5 just because I did not add shot of espresso (next time though).

Always have a good experience getting my coffee here. This morning I ordered an iced macchiato to treat myself instead of of the usual coffee. Unfortunately, I did not put it in the cup holder correctly in my car so when I stopped, it went flying out on the floor. PLOT TWIST. Since they actually put the lid on their drinks properly, I barely lost any and didn’t make too much of a mess and still had my drink. 10/10 thank you for putting lids on correctly for clumsy folk like me lol

Only come here if you don’t have to be anywhere anytime soon because the workers do not prioritize the customers. Came by just to grab some donuts for an event at work and I was not acknowledged at all. Mind you it was a Saturday so I knew it could be busy, but they took care of about five drive-through guests and completely ignored me until I flagged someone down and then acted like it was a hassle to take my order inside the building. Even inside the building if you aren’t going to take care of those guests? I guess I should’ve known better

This morning was extremely busy and I can tell everyone was little stressed but the team work was well. I felt bad I came off a little rude to the girl with pink hair so tell her Natalie is sorry and thankful how quick they were for me when I was running late to work! Impressive team work!
