I almost feel like I should give 5 stars for how incredible it is that they gave me two wrong drinks after I corrected them once at the speaker and three times at the window. I went through the drive thru in the afternoon, there were two vehicles ahead of me. The vehicle immediately ahead pulled off and left due to the wait time. When I finally got to the window, I let the employee know that the other car had left. She proceeded to tell me my total was $26 for two iced coffees. I explained my order to her and she said, okay $17 and tried to hand me a box of munchkins, which I hadn’t ordered. Insisting, I told her again I had two iced coffees, one with almond milk. Then she said okay, $9 (still more than what was rung up at the time I ordered). She handed me two iced lattes and I explained once more, I had two iced coffees, to which she shrugged and closed the window.

Man who worked in the morning of Feb 23rd; stopped by after 5 am i work early and needed a pick me up, ordered two drinks, they mess it up no big deal, tell them the right way, they brought it back with pumpkin, no worries i get it sometimes it's hard to hear, but then he comes back around and says "you ordered pumpkin." and i gave him the wrong drinks back i didn't want the extras but it was just a shame he was irritated like that when the conversation on my end was amicable. if ur not a morning person maybe u shouldn't work in the morning.

I went in to get a coffee. The staff was more worried about talking and cutting up, then taking orders and doing their job. When I finally did get my coffee, it was good so nothing against the food at all just the service.

I come to this dunkin almost everyday and at this point y’all are either incompetent or just really don’t care about your job in general it’s just coffee literally it gives you step by step on what to put in the cup ??♀️ stop hiring drug attics that can’t do one of the simplest jobs there is.

Can someone PLEASE tell the girl that wears the black sweater (that has Eden something on it) to please wash her clothes she is ALWAYS COVERED IN HAIR it is so nasty!! She wears the same thing everyday. Do you not look in the mirror? It’s so gross I threw my food away because it made me sick! Everyone else is great!

We just stopped this morning. Map is warning of snow, we’re trying to get ahead of the storm. They had just opened. All the drive thru lights are lit. It’s 3 till and she says we don’t open for five minutes. We said no worries, we can wait. When she came back we ordered two coffees and four chocolate frosted cake donuts. She handed us a bag of “we just frosted them cuz we weren’t ready to open” and there was frosting outside the bag, Inside the bag,NO napkins, they hadn’t even made the coffee yet. It was still brewing. We gave back the bag and said keep it. No one could eat that in a car traveling. We did not ask for a refund. We weren’t rude. No food should be served this way. Coffee was hot and awesome.

The young lady working this morning 1/22/24 needs a attitude adjustment like honey it’s to d@m early for all that I get it’s cold and while I waited I had my window up but that was no need for an attitude and then for the older lady that said “I know, I know” no honey dear don’t encourage these kids it’s okay to have A attitude especially in customer service. Thank you. I come to this dunkin ALL the time but today is my last day so don’t worry I know that makes y’all happy? I work customer service as well but I could never treat the nice customers who keep my paycheck going that way

I have eaten Dunkin Doughnuts since I was a child, and this trip was, by far, the worst visit ever. Out of dozen doughnuts ordered, two (Bavarian cream) were the only ones eatable. The rest were dried out and tasted like cardboard like they had been setting out all day. In addition, what I ordered was NOT what was in the box when I got home. NEVER AGAIN!

For the most part they always get our drinks right and they are very friendly and all smiles. I highly recommend this dunkin over Broadway.Also they are fast they get you in and out in no time.
