I drove through after ordering on the app. The car line was short, but SO darn slow that the whipped cream on my coffee had already gone flat. 2nd time here like that. Car line moves too slowly. Feels like you sit there forever.

This Dunkin use to be great! I would wait the long lines because I knew my coffee and food would be good. Now it really is a hit or miss. But the thing that really makes me not want to come back is the staff. They are rude. Not all of them but most that I encounter are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. And honestly, I hate you all sticking a machine in my face at the drive thru to ask for a tip. It’s awkward.

Ill never go to this location again. Took my daughter here for a treat. Cashier just looked at us, said nothing. As we looked at the menu (for no more than 30 seconds) she walked away. Again saying nothing to us but said something to an employee that was changing trash bags. He came to the register and took our order. Then he went back to changing trash bags. We waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. I then asked for my daughter's donut and the woman that handed us our drinks yelled at the man that took our order. He sat the garbage can down and grabbed a sanitary paper to pick up the donut and dropped the donut into a bag, sat the bag on the counter, and walked off. So yeah, we won't be returning to this location ever again.

This is the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to Dunkin all over the U.S., and I’ve lived near this location for 8 years. It went downhill during Covid and has never gotten better. Service is usually deplorable and the drinks are consistently inconsistent. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

The location at 4829 N Broadway in Knoxville, TN turned away 3 seperate customers because they came inside to order. The drive thru was busy so she told us all that there was no service inside. There had not been a sign on the door and it wasn't locked. Would have given 1 star but I already know that the donuts are good so that saved a star. I also would have given stars to the food category but I didn't receive any this morning for being turned away(10:40 ish am on Sunday10/19/25). Very unprofessional, no manager was seen helping.
I placed an online order but they were out of a few things so the manager apologized and gave me extra donuts and great customer service :) I’ve always liked this location but this experience definitely won me over.

If I could leave, no stars, I would early morning I order DoorDash for me and my son for breakfast unless you are buying a coffee here there’s no point do not get no food here. The food has gone downhill the people working at this location. Need to be reevaluated. They need to take that whole crew out and put a whole new crew in people that actually care you will never get what you pay for. They’re always out of something. They always get something wrong. Nothing is ever right. I will no longer order from this location. My meals are expensive through DoorDash. I’m not gonna keep wasting my money hoping that one day they will get it right get it together Dunkin’ Donuts Bluemont. !!!!

The service was rude and dismissive. The food tasted terrible. They got my drink wrong, and put grain sugar instead of syrup into my iced coffee. Worst of all this location discontinued the Bavarian Cream. Never going back.
