There was mold all over my sandwich this morning. however the manager was super nice and made me another one which i didn’t look over and no mold. i wasn’t mad until the window girl had the worst attitude about it.

Closed earlier than the signage posted at entrance. Knocked on the window so I could pick up my mobile order, and the employee sweeping behind the counter didn't even make an attempt to communicate -- she just tapped her wrist indicating an invisible wristwatch.

This was my first time visiting this location and I was disappointed with the quality of the coffee and food. The coffee specifically was not good. It tasted old and bad overall. It didn’t taste like there was any flavor in there at all. The bagel with cream cheese was okay but the bagel was a little hard and there wasn’t much cream cheese. Friendly customer service.

I ordered two iced coffees: one medium and one large. I picked up my order through the drive-through. When I left, I found that both were medium-sized, and one had a large sticker on it. If they didn't have a large size, they could have just told me instead of tricking me with a smaller size.

Best restaurant I've visited in a long time. Great staff. Great food. Very clean. Well managed.I ordered an English muffin sandwich with cheese and bacon. It was hot and fresh and had lots of crispy bacon. My coffee was good, but I like it stronger, so the barista gave me a shot of espresso to add to it. The restaurant was super clean, including the bathroom. And the employees cranked through order after order with a high level of organization and teamwork.Seeing a company that functional was an inspiration. Kudos!
This place was absolute trash... From the lack of menu items to the service everything was awful. Now I know why I never go to Dunkin and will forever be a Krispy Kreme patriot! At least they know what they are making and serving. Not to mention it wasn't even noon on a weekday and definitely not busy however they were out of the special latte of the month which is what I was ordering for my friend that I was visiting to not knowing the difference between baverian cream filled and a chocolate filled powered doughnut...I mean really you work there and don't know your products not to mention half of what we wanted to order they were "out" of and I still spent almost $30 for a dozen assorted doughnuts and a latte...Do better Dunkin!!!

The sausage egg croissants aren't very tasty. The last time I went, it was still cold when I bit into it. Donuts were delicious as always, but they didn't have the jelly filled kind I prefer. The floor is always sticky, too. The drive-thru line wrapped around the building and out onto Kingston Pike. The employees have been nice.
Parking: There are only about 10 spots, and you can't get to them if the drive-thru line is backed up. I had to park at the bank next door.
