Nice workers good coffee
Consistently an awful experience. I've gone here hundreds of times, and I've only had a few positive experiences. I'm finally done with it, and I will go absolutely anywhere else from now on.

every time i order from this store specifically there is always something wrong in the order and when i go back to get it fixed im met with very poor customer service and much more attitude than anyone should have, one employee even went to the lengths to ask for my number even though all i wanted was my food fixed, the bacon is practically raw, the bread is always soggy, they will forget entire items on the order and then get the other items wrong, very unprofessional place and would strongly recommend against this store.

Always good and I go yo a different one every week..I need to add something I usually go through the drive thru but went inside today.. and there was a line of cars with only 2 workers and I'm here to tell you the man and women needs a raise.. they didn't complain and to watch the way they sped around each other to make the drinks was amazing.. I hope they get you two some help thank you for my good coffee in the morning..o and when I went in the man recognized me and ask if I wanted my usual...awesome just awesome

I paid over $8 for a simple sausage biscuit with cheese and a medium sweet tea. The tea tasted spoiled like it had been sitting out all night. It was a waste of money and highly disappointing.
The staff here is so nice and their coffee is as expected!

It would be nice since I tip every time I visit at the request of Dunkin if someone made sure I actually have straws and a few napkins in my bag.

I go through this drive thru about 5 days a week if not more. Hannah is always a pleasure! However the last several days it's been another guy. I was having trouble with my app and when I asked for help he stared at me then walked away. I was the only person in line and waited 10 minutes for an iced americano... again today he was working the drive thru and I asked about the app not working he didn't say a word flung the card reader out the window hitting my wrist then walked off and never came back. After 10 minutes this time with about 4 cars behind me I still don't have my iced coffee. A girl finally brought it over and it was hot coffee with ice already almost completely melted. I don't know what has changed lately but the quality is poor and the staff is not friendly nor helpful. I will be going to Starbucks next time. Again, Hanna has always been a pleasure but when she's not working it's a bad experience.

Every single time I come in this place or drive thru.. it’s all smiles , great attitudes , orders is always accurate . They are truly great . Sometimes they are busy but they keep their cool and smile . I drive 45 mins every day just to come to tbis one . The staff and management are superb!!!!!

Don the general manager is always working hard and leading his team by example. If the drive thru line gets long he is outside taking orders. Don and his team are very much appreciated!!!
