I would give 0 stars! My husband went in, no other customers in the store and the workers never acknowledged him. We would have been their biggest sale because we were gonna buy the rest of the donuts out. 10 mins no acknowledgement, no welcome, eye contact but they were more worried about the drive thru then in store customers. Not until my husband walked out that someone came looked and shrugged their shoulders like oh well. That’s how this location feels about customers. I will never give them our business because this is like the 3rd time we have had issues with this location. We are headed to Krispy Kreme! They need to learn customer service.

This Dunkin has good days and bad days. I always order online but even when I sit and wait for my order, it tells me that my order is “Ready for Pickup” and when I go inside, I end up seeing that it wasn’t even started. Now it’s like that every time but more often here lately. Sometimes they have a great crew working and pushing the orders thru on time and efficiently and other times a simple order of a dozen doughnuts and some coffee can take over 20 mins of waiting, 10 of em waiting for the order after it tells me that it wasn’t even started ready when I walked in.

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive-through. Waited about 20 minutes to get up to the order screen. When I did get up to the screen I sat there in silence for *not exaggerating* 15 more minutes, while all the other cars in front of me drove off. Never heard anything from anyone. No “we will be with you in just one moment” just 15 minutes of sitting there waiting like an idiot before I drove off to be late to work because I wasted nearly an hour sitting in a line for no reason. Does anyone work here?

Don't be in a rush at this location! Very, very slow! I couldn't get into the drive thru because it was backed up on Cedar Bluff, so I parked instead. Went inside, HUGE line and only one person working the front. Went back out to wait in the drive thru and put my car in park for most of my wait.
Consistently an awful experience. I've gone here hundreds of times, and I've only had a few positive experiences. I'm finally done with it, and I will go absolutely anywhere else from now on.

every time i order from this store specifically there is always something wrong in the order and when i go back to get it fixed im met with very poor customer service and much more attitude than anyone should have, one employee even went to the lengths to ask for my number even though all i wanted was my food fixed, the bacon is practically raw, the bread is always soggy, they will forget entire items on the order and then get the other items wrong, very unprofessional place and would strongly recommend against this store.

Always good and I go yo a different one every week..I need to add something I usually go through the drive thru but went inside today.. and there was a line of cars with only 2 workers and I'm here to tell you the man and women needs a raise.. they didn't complain and to watch the way they sped around each other to make the drinks was amazing.. I hope they get you two some help thank you for my good coffee in the morning..o and when I went in the man recognized me and ask if I wanted my usual...awesome just awesome
