My favorite Dunkin location! Service is fast. They are super consistent with how they make the drinks here, so my coffee always comes out the same every time, unlike other Dunkins, where the amount of cream and syrup, and the strength of the coffee, is a surprise every time lol

I love this Dunkin! They are my favorite. I drive from Maryville to Knoxville every day for work and stop in at-least a couple of days a week. They are always so sweet! Everyone is friendly and my order is always correct. Today I got my coffee and had a nice note written on my cup it made my day.

Went through drive through and ordered 10 assorted munchkins. I was told they were running a little low and I said just give me as much assorted as you can. Received a box of 10 jelly filled. Went back to say that’s not what I ordered and they gave me 3 glazed and 3 more jelly filled. Needless to say… won’t go back.

The staff is always very kind and quick with my orders. A couple of things I would appreciate is including a couple napkins without having to ask and using the little wax/parchment sheets to fill a donut order and keep donuts from sticking to the inside of the bag. Maybe they're not used anymore, but should. Gloves aren't enough... so many other things are touched. One other thing, and I notice many drive-thrus have this issue... Why the exterior of the window and surround are not clean? Could be a once a week task. I rarely leave reviews, but thought worth mentioning.

honestly this dunkin is not very good. i have been on multiple occasions and food is never made correctly. does not matter if you mobile order (which is never done when you arrive) or drive through, coffee is always made wrong or missing flavors/milk and food is usually toasted too long. i once went through the drive through and they never turned off the mic so i heard employees rudely talking the entire time i was at the window. better stores to go to.

Dietary restrictions: Need to carry dairy free/lactose free options for coffee, tea, etc.
