Rough start to the day. No one in the driveway taking orders, when she finally comes out, only one of the four or so new cars in line got its order taken. We pull up to the window, where it takes about a minute and a half to even be acknowledged and attempt to place an order. Order placed. Kids hot chocolate to soothe my sick 9 year old son's sore throat comes first, and it's barely warm. Return to be heated up. Received second drink, correct after being asked to confirm the order (In the meantime, two cars pull around from behind us to get their drinks from the walk up window due to the delay). Hot chocolate comes back, and my son takes a sip as we're pulling out; It's coffee. I've been drinking one for Dane for the better part of 8 years, but can whole-heartedly say I am disappointed in the effort of the staff at this location. DB staff is always energetic, outgoing, friendly, and making small talk until you get your drink(s), however, this location regularly misses the mark.
