Love, love, love this place!!! :) The drinks are great and the employees are amazing!! They truly care about making the drinks right, and they go above and beyond for their customers! Everyone there is nice....Hannah, Jared, Casey, Easton, 'Jordan', Kate...I wish I could remember all of their names....just honestly the best group of awesome young people ever! :)

Worst place to try and get coffee! Over 20 minutes in the drive thru and had to leave without even ordering. They are zero help in the drive thru directing people! I will never return to a Dutch Bros ever again. Horrible customer service!

Drinks are good but service is terrible. Especially the drive through. It took 20 minutes with just 5 people in line.
Their coffee has milk in it, which I wish they would have told me before I ordered . So if you have never been there like I never had, please know that. The flavor that I wanted was not strong at all, and it was really expensive for even just a small coffee. The best part about my experience was the girl who took my order she was really sweet

It was great when it first opened, very speedy. Now takes about 30 minutes, employees wanting to talk to you for 30 minutes while youre just trying to get a coffee and just very slow. Also, it doesn't make sense to bring out my coffee while in several cars back in line, like why did you not work on the first coffee five cars in front of me? Now I must sit in line for another 20 min waiting to drive around the window.
Well, I wanted to like this place. The lady who took my order in the drive thru was nice, but it literally took 30 minutes to get a small coffee. 30 minutes…from my order being taken to receiving it in-hand. Wow. There were only 7 cars ahead of me too. Is this normal?
