I don't know why but this location has a different vibe from others I visited. Staff are not as friendly and energetic. Don't conversate and act like they're miserable. Most of the time I get to the window and have to hear about the gossip going around the staff. Kid-friendliness: There are so many good options like smoothies, milkshakes, and lemonades for kids that are all so good.

Staff is super friendly and drinks are good but the wait is always terrible, 4th time at this location and no matter if there are a few cars or a lot the wait is very long. I sat in line for 40 today to get one drink. Very unfortunate
