Wow first time going here and it was really awesome. The bagel i had was really taste and delicious. Sorry can't remember the name of it but it is the new one on the menu. Also picked up some apple cinnamon bagels and they were exceptionally delicious as well. Will be going back, just wish they had a restaurant near Corrytom/halls or Maynardville instead of just in Farragut.

Why does this location have trouble getting orders right? Last 2 visits and both orders wrong! $8 large mocha tastes terrible and bagel order was wrong on previous visit. They have a separate line for mobile orders but no one recognizes you standing there and walks right past you!

Worst ever! After asking 3 times for the correct order we got home to wrong items. Took 30 minutes to get online order. Also ordered 6 gourmet bagels and got regular.
Me and my wife were excited to try out the chorizo burrito, only to get home and take a bite of disappointment. It was missing almost half the ingredients! Didn’t have the jalapeño cream cheese, cheese, or the hash browns! If I’m paying almost $18 for 2 burritos they need to be right. The burritos we got were like 80% egg that’s about all I could taste

The service today was so gross. The girls all just talking poorly about people. Terrible environment. Couldn’t do their job . Wait time was forever even tho no one was there and all I ordered was a bagel .

Overall, inaccurate orders.
I just wish they'd be more accurate with orders. The last two times I've gotten either the wrong item or missing items. One time I ordered two sandwiches, a bagel, and two large drinks, and they forgot the bagel and gave me the wrong sized drinks. More recently I ordered a chocolate chip bagel and a sandwich, and they gave me a cinnamon bagel instead. Both orders were pick up, and rushing back to work, so once the mistake was realized I didn't have time to go back and ask for what was missing or wrong.
Please work on the accuracy! But overall, good food and the employees are always very informative.
Edit: They must not actually read these reviews, because the response is got was "thanks for this positive review", and no acknowledgment of how I can get a refund for the issues I've had, since i paid for bagels i didnt get. Readjusting the first line so it's maybe more obvious.
