This morning I spent 20 bucks for two bagles and then I asked 4 bagel for 1 more schmir, because they don't give us 2 , he only gave me one, and they gave me attitude two people in there gave us attitude. Wow. Im spending so much for there food. Be nice to customers and now we have to go back because they put the jalapeno stuff on there, I told him to hold

No communication if they need to substitute bagels on pick orders. Get home to hungry kids and have to drive all the way back to get the right ones that “weren’t ready ant the time” and they are not prepared in way I ordered them (sliced and toasted). Also instead of another “free” bagel that I didn’t ask for as compensation, what about compensation for gas and time? Please just communicate more. Can’t wait for H&H bagels to open. Even though it’s a little further I’m willing to try to avoid the aggravation.

Been coming to Einstein Bros for a while now and today I’m never going back again. The lady at the front possibly the manger was not professional, made me late for work cause they gave my food to the wrong person, and when I asked for my food, all the employees looked confused and puzzled. I get it, the rest of the employees are just doing there job but management needs to get better. When I asked for my food she told me “I don’t know what happened” let’s not lie to each other now.

I beg my husband to take me here once a week for a coffee and bagel date. It’s the best! The maple house bagel is my go to. It comes with sausage, egg, cheese and a sweet honey almond cream cheese on a French toast bagel. The vanilla cold brew is also the best coffee I’ve had in Knoxville. PLEASE MAKE A WEST HILLS LOCATION 🙏😭
Love Einsteins! We go almost every Sunday! I get the everything bagel with garden veggie shmear and a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. My two younger kids comfortably split a BEC on a six cheese and love the muffins and strawberry banana smoothie. My fiancé rotates through the menu but always loves what he gets. Great management and friendly service!
