The very best bagel breakfast sandwiches around!

For the past 4 visits I have ordered the breakfast burrito from varying Einstein bagel locations on campus. ALL OF THEM fill it entirely with hash browns and cream cheese. There is no egg or sausage included as advertised on the menu. This is cheap, lazy, and ridiculous. Do better.

I've been buying your everything bagels for yrs I loved them.... What did you do?? Why is the texture different? They used to have toppings all over the bagels now only a light sprinkle on top. I'd gladly pay more than you mess with the perfection that your bagels WERE.. I will be going to the bagel shop in n. Knox from now on. So sad ?

The employees are so nice and I am always super satisfied with the food. This is my favorite restaurant on campus. They have the best bagel sandwiches and coffee.
The staff is delightful. I started my day groggy, but after their literal service with a smile, I left smiling and ready to tackle the day.
My favorite Einstein's. They're super kind and delicious.
Shining star of the AA
Einstein turning into burger King. I ordered bacon avocado tomato for to-go. Missing bacon and almost no avocado with small size of egg. Not worth to pay that much money. Taking long time even without many people. Fyi, they only do the drive through order since COVID19

Opens at 7:30am. Best location on University of Tennessee campus to get breakfast and coffee. Located in the Art and Architecture building, it is a great location to get your quick bite before headed to class or work.
I have overall loved einstein’s, but if Jackie is working you can count on your order being wrong and your coffee tasking horrible. No customer service skills, clearly doesn’t want to be there. Really annoying to have a repetitive bad experience when one particle worker is there. The other workers are great and friendly, she sticks out like a sore thumb.
