This was our first time having einstein and it was amazing. Staff were lovely and vibe was good. I got a turkey bacon avocado sandwich on honey wheat bagel, and my husband got the pepperoni pizza bagel. They were both amazing and their pastries look so good we tried the strudel and cookie 🔥 we will be back

Friendly and relatively fast but the last two times my bagels have been lukewarm and I just throw them away. I add a note to double toast them so either they don’t pay attention to it or their toaster is broken because they taste like they were microwaved for five seconds.

Great customer service especially from Nastassia! Very patient and helpful as I’ve never been to the restaurant before. My food was neat, well packaged and fresh. All employees were great.

I have a problem with a location no one can reach by phone, web or walkin! How do you do any business at all?
They always close their seating area early, even though they’re still open. It would be really helpful if they had their tables open.

Einstein's Bros. has great bagels, but make sure you get there early in the day because they go fast. I picked up a half dozen bagels to take home and as always they were great. I will return.
Very friendly stuff and fresh bagels! I like their coffee too.
