The culinary range of this food truck is simply unmatched. Another one in Knoxville simply does not exist. The burgers are also the best in town.

We had the taco special, the banh mi sandwich special and the soup and they were all delicious. Everything was well seasoned. The pork in the banh mi was exceptional.

Consistently phenomenal burgers of the week along with random weekly specials ranging from a Chicago Beef sandwich to viener schnitzel. Jackson also catered our baby shower and was super easy to work with.

A gem of food truck! The halloumi tacos were incredibly delicious. Fresh ingredients and creative flavor combinations. Love that they keep the menu rotating weekly. Highly recommend pairing a stop here with a cold one from Trailhead Beer Market. Patio has one of the best vibes in Knoxville.

Hands down the best burgers in Knoxville, along with whatever else Alex decides to whip up each week. Some of the best food I’ve had, at a good price, in a laid back atmosphere.

A must hidden gem and a must go for anyone in Knoxville.

I enjoyed an Island Home burger at El Gato Peligroso this evening while listening to some sweet local bluegrass from Evie & Jodi on the outdoor patio beside Trailhead Beer. The sriracha aioli added just the right amount of spice to the double-patty white American smash burger. The house-made pickles were fantastically fresh and delicious. I also shared a side of double-fried fries and Maria Mac & Cheese, which was finish in a skillet, giving it a fantastic crispy brown crust. I'm sad we didn’t get there early enough to try The Apple of My Sockeye, which the chef caught himself on a recent trip to Alaska.

Definitely delicious Carnitas tacos. Full of shredded pork with a tangy Korean BBQ flavor. Awesome!

This quiet burger shack is, perhaps, one of the best kept secrets in Knoxville. Honestly, with my hours, I don't need any more competition with food selling out before I can get off work. I can tell you many things, but I'll be brief. The rotating menu is out of this world, but everything is consistently done to the same level of perfection. It can be transcontinental but there are always incredible smash burger and taco options, including vegetarian. The French fries are better than anything else you'll find in town, I can assure you. They're double fried and that really makes a difference. My wife and I eat here often, as we try to catch each of the weekly specials, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone else.
