This was the first time I got Red Curry Thai from the place. I was skeptical but the food was delicious and flavorful. Everything was fresh and plenty. Highly recommend this place.

My family loves Fai Thai. One of our favorite Thai spots in town. We eat here regularly. Some of our favorite dishes are:

Great place with great food! We had the curry and drunken noodles and loved them both. Spring rolls great too. They are so fast with the food preparation and service. One of my favorite places in Knoxville.

We ordered two dishes for pickup and they were ready early, which was nice because we got to eat in the restaurant before it was closed. They even brought us water and kept checking on us, which was super kind of them! Their vegan-friendly options were much appreciated and I absolutely loved my vegetables. They were clearly fresh, not something from a frozen bag like some places do. Highly recommend this!

Decent number of vegan or vegetarian options is the highlight for me.

I absolutely love Fai Thai! They are so friendly and happy in the store, and the food is always high quality and delicious. They keep their dining room decorated and often include local artists.

I recommend the Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai ☺️ The portions are large, so I can often eat part for dinner and save the rest for lunch the next day!

First impression of this restaurant for me it was amazing compared to the other Thai place I've always went, this one totally wins Pai Thai especially is really good, this dish wasn't served on the other place from what I can remember. Another reason for this place to be good is that they serve you water without you asking and I think is very good it makes me not to order a Coke lol. The bathrooms are clean the inside is clean looks like a bright happy ambient. There is also options if you're allergic or not this place is just great!

We were passing throughout town and craving some authentic thai food. This place did not disappoint in any aspects. We were greeted by lovely server. The restaurant was busy, she handled it well with a help of serving robot. Since the menu looks good, we decided to try multiple items. All of them were excellent. The curry was obviously top notch and the noodle tasted just like Thailand. The portion is appreciated and the price is very reasonable. Parking is plentiful in the plaza. I will definitely stop by every time I’m in town for sure.

I got take out but the Pad Thai is the best in town. I enjoyed it more than Taste of Thai when it was open. Highly recommend.

Amazing Thai restaurant with a local neighborhood feel. No matter if you are solo or with a large group, this place makes you feel at home. The Pad Thai and Pork Rice dishes are astounding and if you have kids they will love the robot cat that serves your meal. Truly one of the best local restaurants around

Love the concept, but it was very difficult and frustrating to order with limited cell service. I'm not sure if WiFi was available, but I did not see it posted anywhere.
Also, I would have liked an alcoholic beverage, but was unable to order one on the app.
