I have been to Thailand many times and Fai Thai made me feel like I was back in Bangkok . One of the best restaurants I’ve had in Knoxville. This place is super clean and everyone here is so nice. The vegetables are amazing, the rice is perfect and you can tell they cook with love in this kitchen. 6 stars of I could.

Honestly a bit disappointed, high prices coupled with small portions (for Thai), and food that was just average. Long wait times, service was friendly but it seems like they are understaffed and drinks never got refilled. The store inside had a nice layout and the seat yourself concept was cool, but my cell reception was slow, so ordering took a while.Man I miss Surin already.

Terrible service, food mediocre, appetizers came out after entrees, grossly overpriced, incredibly long wait after ordering. Probably the worst Thai food in Knoxville. Would not recommend.

Great place. Could tell all the ingredients were fresh and the place was super clean. Loved it, can't wait to go back.Also, loved the option to order and pay on the phone that is linked to your table. Made it easy to leave as soon as we were done, very helpful w/ small kids

The food was very bad, can't really call it Thai food. I ordered spring rolls, and they were still freezing inside. They had to refry when I told them, and came out greasy. Few thin pieces of chicken with a bad taste. One of the worst $33 I spent on food. I was hungry but couldn't finish my meal. I don't recommend this place.

I only give five stars to truly exceptional places, and this one qualified. The food was fantastic, the portions were sizeable, and the prices were very reasonable. The people were friendly. They are about to move to a new location, and we will definitely visit them again, wherever they move to.

Both times there, very good food, but, seating is a real problem. People take too long to eat, play on their phones and setup w computer(shouldn't be allowed) only 4 tables!?? Move along people!
