Greasy with no smoked taste. Texas brisket was more boiled than smoked. Too much butter and grease on all foods. And, not hot enough.

Kinley our server was amazing even being the only one there. Hostess did not even acknowledge us. I apologized for seating ourselves in the bar area and she flat out ignored me. Not a person you want to represent the business when you first walk through the doors.

My husband took me to Famous Dave’s today because he knows how much I love pork bbq. Hands down this was the best bbq I have ever had. Our server, Sunshine, was amazing! She kept our drinks full and overall had the best attitude!!!

Store 2122 in Knoxville This is my first time in Famous Dave's and I really enjoyed my dining experience here. My server was aan named Reese, his hospitality and customer service skills are top notch. The food was equally impressive. I love BBQ and I enjoyed the rich and sassy BBQ sauce the most on their famous grilled cheese with BBQ pulled chicken. I also had loaded famous Fry's and their jalapeno Mac and cheese which were equally satisfying. The service was prompt and efficient. Definitely will come back
