This place is amazing. I went on a Sunday midday for brunch and I was very very happy with everything we had. I had the biscuits and gravy, and my girlfriend had a salad with grilled chicken added. Let me just say first of all the people here were very, very nice professional and very courteous they made you feel at home and treat you like well-known friends. The atmosphere is amazing. It’s a cute well decor areas with eclectic type of paintings or drawings or posters. I love it. The bar looked amazing. I would like to come here at night time just to see what it would be all about. But most importantly my food was amazing. I will come back again for the fact that they were very nice and the food it was amazing.

FARMACY MGMT, check in on your lunch crew!! TWICE we've experienced slow service, cold but good food, and why does everyone continually step out the back door for an unlimited amount of time? 25 minutes to get drinks, and we watched them sit on the bar counter for 20 minutes. We watched another table wait for dessert for 45 minutes. The food was still excellent quality, but it's lunch time...people don't want to sit for an hour and half on burgers and sandwiches. We understand food is cooked to order and appreciate that aspect, but it still shouldn't take forever and if it does, we expect it to atleast be hot. Your wait staff could use some sense of urgency.

Farmacy is often our favorite go to locally-owned restaurant. I often meet friends here once a month for their amazing happy hour. I've never been disappointed with the food, fun, festive drinks nor the great service. Our family will head over for brunch or dinner and everyone leaves saying how great it is.

Waited 30 minutes for a burnt burger without any seasoning or what was supposed to be on the burger, the waitress was seen 4 times, getting our drinks, then order, dropping off our ticket and coming back to get it!!! ( the food was delivered cold or it could have been the air from the window and dropped off by someone other than our waitress.
Sorry for the bad review but this was a horrible experience!!!

I was in Knoxville for work and wanted to grab a bite before heading home. I was in the mood for brunch, and this spot came up on Yelp. I sent a few options to my wife, and she chose this place.

When we arrived, we were told there would be about a 30-minute wait, but it ended up being closer to 15 minutes, which was a nice surprise. The ambiance and décor were beautiful—very cute, cozy, hometown vibes.

While waiting for our server, we looked over the menu. There were tons of unique items—definitely different from what you normally see. Even though I thought I wanted brunch, I ended up going with the beef dip, while my wife ordered the burger of the month. She also chose the goat cheese hot honey as an appetizer.

When the appetizer arrived, I wasn’t sure I’d like it, but it turned out to be surprisingly delicious, especially paired with the crostini.

My beef dip came with seasoned brisket that was incredibly tender. Some of the brisket juices soaked into the fries, giving them an extra layer of flavor. The au jus was perfectly balanced and didn’t overpower the brisket.

My wife really enjoyed her burger. Her only minor complaint was that the fries were mostly short pieces instead of longer cuts, but they were still crispy, hand-cut fries.

Overall, this is a solid spot, and if I’m back in Knoxville, I’d definitely return.

Everything was super delicious- From the appetizer to the Thursday enchiladas special to the good ole boy! Friendly waitress.

It is loud inside as other reviews noted, not the food was WORTH IT

We were excited to eat here for the first time. The drinks were fantastic. The food... not so much. The sweet potato hash was ice cold. The eggs were medium heat. I got the biscuits and gravy. The chicken was great. The gravy was not. It was sweet. Southern gravy is not sweet. The staff was great though.

We really wanted to like this place. The vibe was nice and the staff was great and even the menu looked really good, but almost every dish was a little off IMHO.
