My daughter loves this place because of their chicken Alfredo, but I think Fazoli's is just ok. The lasagna was good, but I've had better frozen lasagna from the grocery store. I try different menu items every time we go and they're usually average pasta dishes.This location had attentive staff and the food was fresh, so my review here is not about the location - just Fazoli's in general.

Only sad face, and loss of a star was that they used to bring out more bread sticks and check on their guests. That didn't happen. To busy chatting, I guess? I mean, it was seriously yummy, and filling. And at the counter they are super great.They bring your meal out, on real plates. You get real cutlery. They bus the tables. It's very clean. But once they bring your meal, you never see them again. So only 4 stars.This was 6.99. so very worth it.

I went through the drive-thru to pick up dinner. we had the Alfredo and the spaghetti with meat sauce. Both were very good. We didn't have a very long wait at the drive-thru line. Everything was good.

1st time. Decent food, fast casual, my mom thought it was confusing to see self serve metal forks and plastic knives. The stuffed shrimp shells with cheese was stuffed with ricotta with shrimp in the sauce. The staff was considerate to my mom, substituting in alfredo instead of regular marinara for her entree. She said her dish was too salty, but I thought it was OK since cheese is supposed to have salt in it. I looked for the plate return area. The staff inverted a tray over the trash bin hole at that station with a sign to leave our dishes on the table for them to clean up. For dinner overall, more affordable and quicker than most sit down Italian restaurants. Seating was about 50% full on Monday night. Staffing appears adequate for bigger crowds.
