By far, it is the best place to buy your wine supplies in the Knoxville area! The staff is knowledgeable and helped me day one with choosing all my equipment to get started and helped me load it in my truck. I've been doing business with them for over a year, and they have the most selection of wine kits than anyone.

My husband buys all his wine kits here! They are in current date compared to others in Knoxville! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! They are closed Tuesdays if this is relevant. ? We popped buy running errands and didn't realize this. We've been to other places that sell wine kits and this one is tops!

So I go to Ferment Station to get my Co2 refills for my kegorator. The last keg I got there only lasted a little over a keg when it normally will last 6 kegs. Rich, one of the owners, said he thought it may be a leak and that he makes house calls. He just came by and took care of the problem. He also said if it turns out the problem isn't fixed he's come back till the problem is solved. Very nice guy and I'm his customer as long as he is in business.

Came in today for a cleaning kit for my kegerator. Rich offered an amazing suggestion and I came back with my tap and lines. He not only replaced the lines but changed out the faucet for me as well! He was very friendly and informative. This will be my go to spot for any and all future needs!

The owners are very nice and helpful. They love what they do and don't mind sharing info, including personal recipes. They offer a filtration and bottling service that is so cheap you really couldn't afford to do it yourself any cheaper. If you make your own wine or beer you should check them out. I'm willing to bet you can't visit without buying something!
