Great sandwich, excellent service. But they must add vents in the shop to vent steam out as the place is foggy and unhealthy for the employees. They have few toasters that create steams that have nowhere to go.

I love that this chain offers gluten free subs and the bread is really good! Some gluten free bread ordered at chains is like cardboard. Though the service left a bit to be desired. They were very slow. I came at 3pm and there was only one other person waiting and it took 15 minutes for me to get my 1 sandwich. And the workers acted like they hated being there.

Generally love Firehouse and the new smoked triple stack was good. It would have been better if still warm and actually awaiting me on the Online Orders rack instead of getting cold on the front counter with a worker finally saying, "We called your name earlier." I mean, did you call it again? Why didn't you put the online order where it was supposed to be? I'm hesitant to order at this location again because when and where the order will be at pickup is inconsistent.
