This is hands down the best location in knoxville. However firehouse has done away with its vast hot sauce selection starting with the covid hysteria and still hasn't returned to what made firehouse fully stand our from competitors. Without sauces a 4, with sauces a 5. It's what set you apart in the first place.

I wish I could not put any stars on Firehouse Subs. I have had $100 gift card that won't be accepted OR reimbursed to me. I showed them that the $100 was on the card, but, since their computers can't read it, they refuse to help me out. I even reached out to the owners of Firehouse via email and there was no response! Then I called their 800 customer service line numerous times, waited on hold....... SHOCKING! No one answered my 5 separate calls!There is $100 that is looming in my account and Firehouse refuses to help an honest customer out. All I wanted was to enjoy their sandwiches by investing in $100 to their company.
