this location is generally my go and I've always had good service/sandwiches. However, the staff there today was extremely rude. Our sandwiches were garbage. I can look past the food being wrong but I cant get past a staff that cant seem to say a simple Hello or thank you. This is the last time I go to this location.
ok i am pissed . why is it when i come to this store . which i do alot and ask for exrra pickles i never get them . i see alot of new faces in this store . the last couple times this has happen .the last time before this i got no pickles at all . this order today was a phone in order i asked for 4 to 5 extra pickles . i got 2 one in each sandwich . i know you dont charge for them maybe you should , i eat at firehouse a couple times a week . oak ridge western ave store knows my...read full review
Love this Firehouse Sub location. Just hope the one there building close to me is as nice, clean, and great employees, food, chips, and service!!!
