The Hardin Valley store has some really great people working there! There was a miscommunication about which sandwich I wanted and it was my fault for not checking before we left, but when I called them I was told to just bring it back down and they would make the correct sandwich. All of them were friendly and quick. My son loved the pizza meatball sub. But the large was TOO big for him. I think their Italian sub is phenomenal with the pepper sauce added to it. A large is definitely TWO meals for me! And you can never go wrong with the Freestyle machine in the dinning room, they're my favorite machines for drinks with MORE than just soda and tea.

The first time we went to this location, they made our sandwiches wrong, so the manager or supervisor gave us 2 free sandwiches, so we came back today and the made 2 free sandwiches wrong again.But is not the manager false is the one who took the order both time. My husband went to ask for mayo and told the manager who gave the 2 free sandwiches the sandwiches should have mayo, and he really not tried to fix the order.He looks like I don't care. We try 2 times, and we are never coming back.

Love their sandwiches! They always do a great job!My only complaint is that sometimes they round up your total without asking. Not that it's a huge deal, but it bugs me. It's like they assume you can afford to round up because you can afford to eat there. Technically, I really can't afford to eat there, but I do because the food is worth it.That extra $0.58 or $0.87 is a big deal to a single working mom who is desperately trying to afford a house in this crazy market.For now, I'm letting it go because it's less than $1 mostly. But it means I can't afford to go as often, so it's sad.

This location is very well managed. Chad does a great job! He is very personable and remembers most customers names. He cleans tables, makes sandwiches, has a great staff, and makes us feel important as a customer. The food has always been prepared as ordered and very good at this Hardin Valley location.
