My husband and I went to the Fountain City location for my birthday brunch, and as usual, the food was fantastic! It was his first time, and he’s definitely addicted to those waffles now. 😂 Our waitress, Brooke, was absolutely amazing and attentive! No offense to my nostalgic childhood memories of Cracker Barrel, but First Watch beats that almost every time. You can just taste the freshness of the food imo.

Probably the best waffle I've had. Overall pretty good just on the pricey end.

This seems like everyone’s go-to spot for brunch. It’s busy on weekends and less busy on weekdays. I think it’s fine.

Great place for breakfast. Enjoy the blueberry corn bread and carrot cake pancakes. Service was outstanding and a fun environment. We will eat here again.

The food and service was phenomenal; however the parking was very troublesome given the small available space.

Sunday morning I had been traveling for 3 days wanted a good breakfast. I had a kale tonic love the taste, coffee. The special potato hash with applewood bacon 2 eggs absolutely delicious. Parmesan cheese sauce was unbelievable delicious, I seem to be redundant but everything was exceptional

Fans of First Watch and have eaten at many across the country. Sat on the patio and it was very comfortable, but it did take a good while for the server to bring coffee, then a wait for coffee cups and another wait for creamer. Unfortunately, one member of our party stirred her coffee only to realize the spoon had dried food on it. Upon further inspection the silverware for the three of us all had dried food. We required 6 sets of silverware to find utensils that didn’t have food on them. Spoke to the manager and he took the dirty silverware back to the kitchen. Breakfast for 3 of us (no alcohol) was $67. Very disappointing experience. If the silverware was so dirty, makes you wonder how clean the food was and how clean the dishes were.

Been coming here for years, really good food.
But if you look closely at the water jugs, they’re filled to the brim with little particles of food, lint, and God knows what else. There is no exception to this rule. The jugs of water have too narrow an opening and can’t be cleaned properly.

The staff is friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean and well kept. When orders are ready on time, the experience is smooth, but pickup wait times for to-go orders can be a bit frustrating. A few times my order was ready as promised, but more often it has been 10+ minutes past the quoted time.

Parking can also be challenging since the lot is shared with several other businesses and there aren’t many spaces available.

Overall, it’s a clean place with friendly service, but inconsistent pickup timing and parking issues make it less reliable than it could be.
