My food was good. Kelsey my server was a rockstar. The wait system makes no sense to me at all. Go In get on the wait and boom people check in online take priority. It was a very unpleasant experience for me and my wife. The manger not to care or wanted to explain the wait system works all she did was smile and come across I don’t care. If this holds true for every First Watch I will not return

Awesome place for brunch, if you are taking a shopping trip to Turkey Creek, stop here!! Greta food, bright and modern feeling with good old fashion southern dining

The omelet had no flavor. The potatoes were okay, but need to be cooked more. Our waitress was absolutely horrible. Watched her play with her hair walking into the kitchen to get food. She never checked on us, gave us the bill about half wah through with out a word, and messed up our order. We had to flag her down to get it fixed. An over all bad experience

Kelsci was amazing but was overworked today. As the owner, please get her some help. They were short-staffed, and she was attending to guests at the bar, on the patio, and in the dining room.

Very disappointed with my visit to First Watch today (May 31st) at around 12:30 PM. I ordered the breakfast tacos and they came without the sauce — completely dry and not tasty at all. The side potatoes were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside.
I asked for sour cream, and what I received came in a small dirty plate, with barely any sour cream in it. That was really unacceptable.
My daughter had a waffle that was undercooked and tasted raw. She also had bacon, which was not cooked properly — soft and greasy, not crispy.
I’ve been to First Watch before and had great experiences, but this time was really bad. The food quality was poor and it felt like no one cared. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve, but I won’t be returning any time soon.

1st time eating at First Watch. The atmosphere was great, was greated by friendly server, our server Pam was amazing. The food was really fresh and great! We will be back!

First Watch in Knoxville is an absolute standout when it comes to breakfast and brunch! From the moment you step in, the bright, modern atmosphere welcomes you, and the service is always top-notch. The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes you feel right at home. The menu is packed with delicious, fresh options that cater to all tastes, with standout dishes like the Avocado Toast, the Morning Glory Skillet, and their signature French Toast. You can tell everything is made with high-quality ingredients and prepared with care. I love how First Watch offers a healthy yet indulgent selection, with plenty of options for all dietary preferences. Whether you’re looking for a light breakfast or a hearty brunch, First Watch never disappoints. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing, satisfying meal, and it’s definitely one of my favorite places to dine in Knoxville!

The sunrise granola bowl and morning meditation were fantastic. Loved the splitting a muffin as well. The waitress was really nice and the whole meal got our Christmas Eve off to a great start

We have been going to First Watch for years all over the country. This location is terrible. The hostesses are rude and service is terrible. Today we waited 45 mins for a table…no problem. After that we waited 30 mins for a server then after another 45 mins still no food. We left after they told us they didn’t know when our food would come. This location needs a manger that is trained to run it!

Awesome location and great food. Portion sizes are inconsistent though, usually being smaller than usual during crowded times.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.
