It was ok. The bun tasted stale and some of the fries tasted off
I could go to any sit down restraint for the same price. The food not too bad, just done better than normal McDs or Wendy's or Burger king but you bill will look like you went to a steakhouse.

The fries were cold and the price is rediculous. I was the only customer in the shop until a guy came in to do a pick up order the manager told him they were making him fresh fries. He gave him his bag and a minute later he gave me mine and my ff were cold. It was very disappointing because I was craving it. I guess it was because I didn't tip. But 18$ fir a cheeseburger and sm ff is gouging. So I'm done with 5 guys.

I’m done with Five Guys. It used to be the best. Now it’s just expensive. $36 for 2 burgers and a large fry. Bye!!!!

If you want to spend $60 on 3 burgers and shakes with no fries and get sub-par food with sub-par service, this is the place for you

Overpriced for what you get! A little bacon burger and small fry was over $15! That did not include a drink which is another $3!!!! I can go to a nice sit down restaurant and get better food for a much better price!

Five Guys is known for its classic menu of burgers, hot dogs, fries, and more, and every time I visit, I can’t resist ordering their bacon cheeseburger with fries. The combination always delivers an explosion of flavor that satisfies my taste buds. While the burgers are on the smaller side, the rich, bold taste of every ingredient more than makes up for it. The bacon is crispy, the cheese perfectly melted, and the beef patty is juicy and packed with flavor.
One of the best parts about Five Guys is that everything is cooked fresh right in front of you, and you can really taste the difference in quality. The fries are another highlight—they’re served in huge portions, more than enough to share, and always hot and crispy.
If you’re in Knoxville and looking for a solid burger joint, I definitely recommend Five Guys. The only downside is the price, which can be a bit steep compared to other fast-food spots. But when it comes to taste, it’s a 5/5 for me.

The standard hamburger has two large patties. Way too much meat. The burger is not delivered with symmetrically stacked ingredients. It's quite messy to eat.

The only thing about this place is their good but they put too much and I do mean too salt or seasoning on their fries. You will get high blood pressure for sure.
