They wouldn't make 1 burger for a delivery order because they couldn't find the receipt for it even though they can clearly see the order on my phone.
These guys were slammed after the Vols game Saturday night and the slim crew were troopers! They did their best to serve all costumers that came in and door dash orders too! That crew is amazing!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger at Five Guys and didn’t know you have to ask for toppings. When I got home and opened it, there were only meat, cheese, and bacon — no veggies or sauce. The staff didn’t say a word or communicate at all. Very frustrating.
