The food, as usual at a five guys, was excellent. What warranted a five star review for this location was the staff’s friendly attitudes and obsession with keeping everything clean constantly. There was not a single second we were there that someone wasn’t sweeping, wiping tables, or quietly picking up trash someone’s children let throw on the ground. It was super nice to see.
This location is also a short walk from Tesla EV superchargers if you drive an EV.

Burgers are top notch and the fries are exceptional as well. Always made to order and piping hot in a matter of minutes. The beverages have endless possibilities with Cokes freestyle machine and shakes are available at the counter too.

The service was good, but it seems like some people here forget that they are working in the food industry. Aubrey took my order today, and she tended to wipe her face and mouth, then touch the cooked food with the same gloves on and she did not even wash her hands, according to safe serv, that is a health issue. I kindly asked her to change her gloves after I saw her leave the kitchen and return to my food with the same gloves, and she did, respectfully, and if she's reading this, I want to say thank you for doing that, over all, you are a great customer service rep with great leadership skills. As you may know, people can get sick from poor handling of food, and I don't mean any harm when I say, please wash your hands frequently while handling food and change your gloves as well. With love 💕

Listen I love me some food from ive Guys but when I can go to Texas Road House and get a steak with 2 sides yummy rolls a drink and they bring it to my table and get refills for the same price or less tha is a problem. On top of that I can get other meals at TRH for even less.

It was ok. The bun tasted stale and some of the fries tasted off
I could go to any sit down restraint for the same price. The food not too bad, just done better than normal McDs or Wendy's or Burger king but you bill will look like you went to a steakhouse.

The fries were cold and the price is rediculous. I was the only customer in the shop until a guy came in to do a pick up order the manager told him they were making him fresh fries. He gave him his bag and a minute later he gave me mine and my ff were cold. It was very disappointing because I was craving it. I guess it was because I didn't tip. But 18$ fir a cheeseburger and sm ff is gouging. So I'm done with 5 guys.

I’m done with Five Guys. It used to be the best. Now it’s just expensive. $36 for 2 burgers and a large fry. Bye!!!!
