We paid $122 for 4 glasses of house wine - super cute place but $22 for a glass of wine plus the taxes just doesnt make sense - bar tenders were great though. There are equally nice places to have drinks for a more reasonable amount just my thought

The drinks were good, well the 2 I got in 2 hours I sat there. We had to teach out to management on 3 separate occasions during our visit because our server ghosted our table for 45 min. We asked for a round of waters when were seated at 9:20pm, we finally got them at 11:30pm after the 2nd manager was found. Poor, poor service and then we finally got to order our second found of drinks and snack food at 10:45, it was brought out at 11 and they had messed up the food and we were told by the very rude waitress (not our original one) that the kitchen was closed and it couldn’t be fixed. Good luck going to this bar!!

As always, we decided to go out to celebrate a birthday! We arrived early to the reservation that coincidentally was not ready, after waiting a while they accommodated us inside one of the bubbles, which for everyone was like a way to compensate for our long wait. Since we were inside, we were all ready to continue the party after having a delicious dinner at one of the local restaurants. While waiting for our server, we took a few minutes to look at the menu and determine what we would order, by the time our server arrived we were efficient in ordering our drinks and snacks. Unfortunately our first experience at Five Thirty Lounge was overshadowed by what happened. Our servant disappeared, as if she had vanished into thin air. We asked for water from the beginning to refresh ourselves, which arrived at the end of the night when we had already paid. In the span of three hours we only got two drinks, we tried to order drinks and food with two additional servers but nothing came to the table. It was not until we received our bills that we did anything, simply by taking our first order the server AUTOMATICALLY received a 25% commission plus tip that was not deserved. To be honest, after this experience I am traumatized, I am aware that we did not go to a place that has 3 Michelin stars, but we know how to behave and compensate our server when they serve us appropriately.

Came here for NYE and our experience was not great, especially since it's pricy. Beautiful space and atmosphere, but the kitchen was out of a ton of stuff and we had to track down staff multiple times to ask to order. They charged us for items we didn't order. Overall could use some improvement.

I came here as someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, and still had a great time! Our server, Ally, was so fun and helped me pick the best mocktail (a virgin Duke’s Pearl). The rooftop outside was a little cold but we got some amazing soft blankets.
