We recently had dinner at Fleming’s in Knoxville and had a great experience. My fiancée and I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon with crab stuffed shrimp, and while the steak was very good, tender, and perfectly cooked, the shrimp was the undeniable star, bursting with rich, savory flavor and easily the most memorable bite of the night. We each had Caesar salads that felt like an elevated, indulgent twist on the classic, loaded with parmesan and a creamy, well balanced dressing....

Filet a not tasteful add ac little chewy strong it was ordered medium. Specialty salad dressing was not enough add it tasted like washed lettuce. Lobster bisque was just ok. Mushroom soup was salty.
