I super accidentally stumbled upon this tiny stand in front of the coffee shop I usually go to. My son was hungry, so I decided to treat him with a box of assorted filled brioche buns. I had the brie and rosemary one, he devoured the strawberry and the chocolate ones. They tasted delightful....exactly what we have been looking for since we moved to Knoxville!

I first met Leah when she dropped off some delicious food to my house as a meal train a friend set up. We were totally strangers then, so I got to know her kindness before her talent. The highlight of the food she dropped off was this simple, elegant, delicious brioche with a label from this bakery I had heard about and wanted to try. After a little stalking, I learned I had just met the owner of that bakery! I love freshly baked breads that's a results of quality ingredients, solid skills, and positive intention. Leah brought all that to life through Fräuleinwunder. Everything we've had from there is fresh, well balanced, and aesthetically pleasing. Baked goods from Fräuleinwunder can be the star of a meal if you are making a sandwich or bread pudding, or a great companion as a side and/or dessert. I consider their bread a part of my daily happiness, so I definitely recommend everyone to try!

We picked up at 9 AM and our order was obviously fresh baked. Some of the loaves of bread were still a little warm. The lemon buns were epic- soft fresh bread rolls with a tangy lemon curd and lightly glazed. We all loved them. The strawberry pastries were equally fresh and they were BEAUTIFUL. Bought a few loaves of bread which we haven’t tried yet but they look and smell perfect. We owned a bakery for years and have high standards- and we are very impressed with Frauleinwunder’s breads. Yum!
