Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I loved Freddy’s when they first opened. I have noticed that they have declined in quality. My husband and I stopped there today and we each got a sundae for takeout. What a huge disappointment! I noticed over the past couple of years they were starting to skimp on the toppings. I did make a complaint to the supervisor and it really didn’t seem to matter. My hot fudge sundae today had maybe a teaspoon drop of hot fudge and I’m being generous! Will never suggest to anyone to go there. Don’t know that I will ever go back. I know Freddy’s will not miss one or two people but word of mouth goes far.

Freddy's is poorly managed. Locations are different, and some are very slow. The app has mostly solved this, but not everyone uses the app. Their recent Christmas promo, has been handled so sloppy.

The staff was very nice, but the food was pretty mediocre and expensive for the quality. They also forgot part of my order and I'd already made it home 20 minutes away, so I wasn't turning around for it. A very "meh" experience

We have a love/hate affair with Freddy's. My boys love the food, but you should assume at least a 15 minute wait for your food. I am preparing to implement an online only process, because the wait overshadows the food.

It was decent. Service was within reasonable time, food was good. $30 dollars for two hot dogs a cheese curd and a cheeseburger is a little steep.

The food took entirely to long. That is my only complaint because I have been searching for a good hamburger and this is definitely the best burger I have eaten in Knoxville by far and the fries are seasoned and delicious

sat in drive thru for ten minutes behind a customer at the kisok awaiting to place her order. i pulled away and went by the drive thru windwo and not a soul to be found. worst service ever at a fast food restaurant. avoid this location!

they messed up our order for 8 people and instead of fixing it was trying to charge us even more when we had already spent 60 dollars and didn't even get hardly anything at all , and then when I asked for four spoons for the four kids to eat there applesauce, they gave me one spoon for all of them . worst food ever and horrible completely
