If you are a balsamic lover, then try Calitoast but order it, bread and egg separate. I think you'll get a better taste. Otherwise, the tomatoes sweat down the spread avocado it will soggy the bread. Coffee good!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Frothy Monkey, and I must say that my experience was made exceptional largely due to our waitress, Rebecca. From the moment we were seated, it was clear that we were in for a treat. Rebecca welcomed us with a warm smile, immediately putting us at ease. The food and the atmosphere is great, but Rebecca was even better. Thank you. Definitely will return.

I'm vegan and came to Knoxville to visit my sister. We decided to try this place for brunch because they had a vegan bowl on the menu. My sister got the Huevos Rolandos and I got the Be Hive vegan hash. It was delicious but really tiny, while my sister had a good sized portion. Hers was $13, while my Be Hive bowl $15. The portion was so small I had to order a side of toast and a side of stewed beans to make it a meal, which brought my total to $22. The bowl was vegan sausage with butternut squash and kale. I was expecting big chucks of squash. It was only a tiny bit of small diced squash and kale. The flavor was great but this meal really needs potatoes and toast, beans and potatoes and/or significantly more butternut squash to make it a meal.
