Gondolier Italian Restaurant & Pizza

Went there for a family members birthday. The server forgot to put in 4 of our orders so we had to sit there and watch everyone else in our party eat. We finally got our food when everyone else was finished eating. Everyone makes mistakes but the server was very rude and basically blamed us for her mistake. The manager was even worse. He was very rude and gave us 10% off the food that was forgotten. I personally think he should have comped the meal for the rude server and bad experience. Needless to say we will not be going back to this restaurant due to the poor customer service. Please be warned.

My belly, it hurrrrts, I'm so full. Hawaiian stuffed pizza, ate just over half, assorted desert, super tall cheesecake with chocolate chips and dear God, I can feel my cholesterol abd sugar rise together in tandem....immma need a nap.

Stopped in for a pizza 10/26/24. Decided on the traditional style with half cheese, and half Italian sausage and pepperoni. The crust was very good and very authentic hand made; the cheese was very tasty and stringy, and the sausage and pepperoni was authentic. However, my only criticism was that the sausage was sliced sausage and not crumbled pizza sausage like I was raised on in Chicago. Seems like they changed that since I last visited.

Food is wonderful! Desserts are amazing. The staff are so friendly and kind. We had the spaghetti and meatballs and eggplant parmesan. Everything was very good. Nice portions too! Love this place!
