Super sweet and patient with the kiddos!

We had SEVEN people picking out cookies at once, and she never missed a beat. Everybody got the cookie they wanted, and she helped us make sure we got the best deal. I love GACC!!!

Came for my son 1st birthday to get a cookie. The workers were so sweet they gave him a free cookie. Will definitely be back

After having a miserable experience with Maryville GAC I called West Town GAC who did an absolute amazing job for my Weeball Teams Cookie Cake. The staff was very polite and executed exactly the way we imagined it.

Went today to get a double doozie. Only one worker and she stated that they did not have any. When I asked if she could make me one. She said there was no icing yet. She was icing cookies. As I was leaving. I noticed that there were slices in boxes that were already iced that I would have purchased if I had been given the information.

Canceled 100+ order with no explanation. 0/10

They have the best cookies!! My favorites are the sugar cookie and snickerdoodle!!

We ordered a large rectangle cookie cake that costs $65. It was picked up around 4pm and brought directly to our event. When we cut into it around 8pm it was as hard as a rock. It was made too thin, which caused it to be overcooked. I’ve purchased a lot of cookie cakes throughout the years and they are always reliable. In this particular instance the cookie cake was clearly burnt as it would barely cut with a knife and snapped in half. When we called the store to let them know about the quality of the cake we were told we would have to bring it in. Since this was such a large cake and it was not edible it was thrown away at the party. We did let them know we took a video of it if they’d like to see that. They said no cake, no refund. Very disappointed in the customer service that was provided.

These two reviews/complaints are for the West Town Location in Knoxville, TN:1. Ordered a custom cake for my daughter's 9th birthday. Extremely sloppy design work and the cookie was about as thick as two quarters put together. Paid $57 for this. Filed a complaint with Great American over a week ago and have not heard back other than an email confirmation receipt of complaint. Th2. Double doozies aren't quite double doozies anymore! They're definitely lacking the icing. I complained and they claimed that the icing was the correct measurement. The Turkey creek location has the correct amount of icing and looks like a double doozie from my childhood.Go to the Turkey Creek Location!

I ordered my son’s 18th birthday cake from this location and was given a cake that was not at all the professional level that I am used to from GAC. The Foothills Mall location is wonderful and their work is beautiful. Save yourself the stress and go there for your cookie cakes.

My friends and I were served tonight by these women, Miya and Kayleigh. They were very helpful and social with picking out flavors and checking out our ice cream. They were very social as well, as I was engaged with the two the whole time.

Very nice staff, delicious cookie cake and the young lady who decorated the cake is extremely talented and she went the extra mile for me. She suggested putting sunflowers on the cake and it made it perfect.
