The design was cute, but I can't believe I paid $60 for this thing. I could have bought an actual multi-layered cake for that!! Taste and customer service were fine, but the price was outrageous! I don't understand why I had to pay an extra $10 fee for this design. If it were covered in icing, sure. But not this - it's a basic design for a cookie cake. I'll be going to Publix next time. This was wayyyy overpriced.

I had pretty much stopped going to this location because they never had cookie cake slices no matter what time you went in. Thankfully you made some new hires the last couple of months and they are doing wondering. I recently got a cookie cake from Adriana and she did a wonderful job. I actually started going back there because of her.

6/20/2025 Workers had doors locked 12 minutes before closing. Knocked on door and they would not open door showing them it wasn’t 10pm yet. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Stopped here for the first time today. Shop was very clean and the manager that helped me was so nice. She explained all the pricing and everything we could order. She was very kind and prices are really good for the great quality you are getting. I will be back for sure!!! Cookies were amazing!
