I just had my first Ham’N Goodys experience today and it was overall a delicious lunch. The staff was extremely friendly and my BLT was great. The menu here is reminiscent of comfort foods that just fill you up proper.

I stopped by the northshore store today for my favorite go to lunch- the pasta house salad! There was a new lady (manager maybe?) that was so happy and sweet. Taking the best care of everyone! Don’t forget to snag a lemon cookie when you’re there (best cookie in knoxville)

Apparently their kitchen is closed the week of thanksgiving. Nothing posted anywhere except some signs you’d only see if you’re a regular. I was excited to try it. I’ve been told how delicious it is. But I’m going hungry today because getting there took me so long. Don’t waste your lunch break driving there like I did. Not this week at least.

My husband and I stopped by for lunch at the Cedar Bluff location. Our sandwiches were exactly as we ordered them and were very delicious. The service delivered was excellent. We noticed the manager, Leann was great with all the customers. It seemed the crew working was efficient and friendly to everyone. We will definitely be back.

I stumbled upon this gem while vacationing with my dogs throughout TN. I saw they had a soup and sandwich special. I poked my head in to ask about it and Chris told me that the special was actually offered upstairs at their location within the Embassy Suites. He took the time to show my dogs and I to the elevator, then took our order upstairs, and delivered it to our table. He included one their famous lemon cookies to sample. Everything was so delicious, especially the cookie! After lunch I went back downstairs to their small storefront and bought a couple dozen cookies to share with our travel host and to take home. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. Their prices are low compared to many of the downtown Knoxville offerings and their service is top notch!

Mariah and Elliott are the best! They were so sweet to us when we came in to the shop. They told us about the menu and offered for us to try some things. Genuinely so kind and the customer service was phenomenal! The treats were also delicious. Definitely coming back!

I've had the cookies when they set up the mobile locations and they are always very good. I was in Knoxville and decided to stop by this location and try a sandwich. I had the gourmet chicken bacon cheddar, and it was great. I'll definitely try some more of the other items sometime.

I gave H&G a three stars because server left off my lemon cookie that I paid for and the clerk failed to give me my receipt for proof so that was that.
Thank you Ham & Goodys for box of cookies. I received a dox of lemon cookies a couple of weeks ago. They were delicious. 😋
