Misplaced my phone near close and I was told to come back the next day when they opened. Arrived after 8:00 PM (opening time on Google) and not one employee out of 10+ was helpful. Not only did the bouncer treat me as if I was lying, but one bartender in particular was extremely rude, treating me as an inconvenience and a bother. She proceeded to point out that I was there an hour before open. I responded that Google lists Hanna’s opening time as 8:00 PM and then she says “well, it’s incorrect.” Shortly after this exchange, a very nice bartender finds my phone and hands it to me with a smile on her face. It’s a shame she has to work with people who have such ugly attitudes. I will not be back here.

I just wanted to say it was the best experience for my friends 21st birthday but didn't get to experience the full effect of the club since everyone one pushing and shoving.

As an "old-guy," dad of UTK daughter, we really liked this place. Service was fast, people were well behaved...not your typical college bar on a Friday night.

Was enjoying a night with a friend visiting town. Night was cut short because I was wearing sweat pants. What good bar has a dress code? Let people dress how they want and enjoy their night, tight wads, will never get a cent from me and my comfortable clothing.

I usually like Hannah’s. I don’t go out much and when I do I’m usually here. I will never step foot in here again. I have a disability which causes me to loose balance/shake a little and as I was trying to come in (again/ we left another place) the bouncer told me I could not come in as I had to much to drink, when I told him I had ONE and almost two hours prior ..: it wasn’t even that I was drunk he didn’t care and proceeded to tell another place to dance at too where we stood in like for 30 min before they told me I couldn’t come in either… because of what Hannah’s had told them… we were out for my birthday and was out for two hours before we had to go home because of this. Completely ruined my night.Didn’t make sense I stumbled (not because i was drunk I just lost my balance, I can’t see at night or in dark) and a bridal party was visibley holding up the bride to go in and dance because she couldn’t hold herself up, and he let her in. Definitely do not recommend here.
