Food was ok. I'm from NY originally, so I definitely have a preference for NY Chinese food. The plates were styrofoam and so were the drink cups. The crab ragoons were just cream cheese, no crab. Not the best or worse I've had in Knoxville.

The food is great the service is friendly the inside and outside of restaurant could use some TLC but I'm sure they're doing what they can. I would recommend this to anyone for an affordable buffet. It would be nice to get the community together and help give the restaurant a face lift. This place has strived well for last good years it's been here.

You’ve probably driven past this place…. and continued driving. I don’t blame you, it looks nuts. But you’ve gotta try Happy Garden. It’s cheap good solid Chinese food. I have only ever done drive up to-go orders but have been here probably 10+ times. Go order from the 12 year old at the window and join this club of happiness and deliciousness.
