When first moving up to Knoxville I use to brag to anyone who’d listen about this place. Over the years, the hole in the wall favorite fell just because of customer service. Last two experiences, started with my order being forgotten to be made after an hour wait. As a hairy legged man in short shorts stood over my pizza as being made with his bare hands, then following experience being the same but being hung up on when ordering food. Nice to see how a sticker on the pizza box qualifies for twice the price as before. Sad to say. Quality of pizza doesn’t justify the change in price and service. On to finding another pizza place for the family.

Pizza was good and the employees were super nice only problem was the place smelt like weed really really bad. It was so bad we couldn’t eat inside and left. Would recommend only getting carry out.
This is hours after we got home and ate- our entire house smells like weed really really bad. Idk if it’s the boxes or the pizza or both we had to throw left overs out because of the smell in the house and fridge.

I used to eat at this restaurant all the time back when you could dine in since then I’ve ordered from them a few times and each time has gotten worse than the last. today will be the last time I ordered from them. My kids would not even eat the pizza I ordered because it was so burnt. I really hope this restaurant does better in the future. I really do miss the good food they used to serve. I used to be a regular customer, but now they have lost a customer.

This place is awesome. Best vegan pizza I've ever had at a restaurant 😋 I love how accommodating this place. Highly recommend if you have a friend or family that's got special dietary needs.

We were happy to see new management (Twisters owner) and the dining room reopened. Place was nice and clean, but boring. The old album covers from previous owner were cool. Turn on a little background music. Put a ballgame on that TV ( it's a pizza place). The pizza was just okay. Kinda bland, needs better quality ingredients. Second and very importantly why is the bottom of the cust moist, almost wet. Is it due to watery sauce seeping through the crust? Wet toppings? Maybe let the pizza rest a minute before placing it on the metal pizza pan. Does the crust need some cornmeal on the bottom to allow it to breathe a bit. The cust is very thin and obviously not fresh made in house. Address these things and I bet you'll have more business than you can handle. 👍

I picked up a delivery at Harby's, the service and staff was wonderful.
I'm a fan! Cute spot, clean and beautiful, only wish there was some background music or something! Food came out quick and tasted delicious. Got the flatbread sandwich.

Just Had Harbys On Tuesday Under The New Ownership And It Was Absolutely Delicious! And Staff Was Very Friendly! We had The Harbys Salad And Meat Lovers/Veggie Pizza And Both Was Very Fresh and The Pizza Was The Best I’ve Had In This Area! Would Definitely Recommend!
