every time I come to this location LALA (not sure if that's her real name or the name she gave me because she thought she was going to get a bad review) but she is always so sweet and helpful. this time I notice a customer being very rude, yet she still handled this situation with care and a smile. I asked for the manger and another lady told me she was the manager. overall, my food still came out hot and fresh and fast. loving this new turnaround from previous reviews....
Customer service here is hit or miss. Some visits are fine, while others feel a bit rushed or inattentive. That said, orders are consistently ready when I arrive, which I do appreciate.
The store itself is clean, and the food pickup process is generally smooth. Parking can be difficult to navigate during busy times, which adds a bit of frustration.

I am really interested in the stars ratings for places, and I have been a customer on four seperate occasions at this Hardee's and every time it has been a 5-Star experience. I have placed small orders, community sized large orders, breakfast and dinner, and I have only had the kindest experiences and the food has always been hot.
