I haven't ordered here in LITERALLY a year and a half because the Service was SO BAD! The people at the drive through were always rude and miserable...ALWAYS. But now there's actual customer service...and her name.... is TAWANA!!! I WANNA LEAVE A GREAT REVIEW FOR TAWANA in the drive through! I ordered through the Hardee's app.. I just got off work and it was 6:50 am.. I put in order online, I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and a peach lemonade. I went to pick it up and the manager tells me they don't have any breakfast burritos or peach lemonade. I said ok, well how do I get my money back? She says,( assuming she's the manager, ) I ask her about getting my money back and she proceeds to say,I can't give any of your money back cuz you ordered on the app . I said well how do I get my money back? She says you have to go on the app and get it back, I said how.? She says IDK?? SO BASICALLY I GOT NOTHING NOTHING TO EAT !!! NONE ...NOTHING TO EAT!! AND THEY GOT MY MONEY,!! SO NO FOOD AND NO MONEY
I'm tired of going out and being disappointed when I come to this restaurant. I've attempted a couple times and I just won't be wasting anymore time. For example- went for dinner and they tell me that they have nothing unthawed and can only sell me a burger. (AT DINNER TIME) I went for breakfast another time, they tell me they have no chicken again. Chicken is a bulk majority of the menu- you would think chicken would be a given. They are also rarely busy with employees hanging outside smoking by their cars. So I'm not sure what's been going on at this store but its definitely a let down.

French Fries horrible. They tasted so processed, fake, tasteless I dumped whole container onto pavement for birds to eat. Probably should'nt have given it to them either. Burgers don't taste good like they used to. I used to eat their 1/2 lb burgers and they were very good. I won't return to Hardees for fries or burger again. Total waste of money.
