Tried to go through the drive through on my lunch break and waited for 20 minuets to even get to the speaker, 3-4 people that were in line when I arrived left before I even ordered. Anyway, service was awful today, please hire more/better staff at this location. :(

I just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes. Kept asking the lady are u ready to take my order she kept saying no. Hell I almost missed breakfast because of her making me wait. They need better help lazy people work here. Bad service at the windows as well.

Always slow and unprofessional service. Worry about drive thru and not patrons inside. Ordered gravy and biscuits and received a bowl of gravy and a wrapped up biscuits. I guess you have to dip it to eat it! Getting 1 star because you can't give 0 stars!!!

I have went into the store several times and the new GM Is not professional he yells and cusses at his employees I don't see how he is a general manager He is not polite He is rude and considerate I went into the store on Valentine's Day with my mother and my daughter It had to take the new woman manager To get everyone in line including the GM He kept yelling for her to fix things to show him what now that should be your gm not him She is professional courteous kind She treat people with respect and dignity It seems like she Can run that store better than he can I'm going to have to call corporate by the way he speaks to his employees and the way he Use this bad language

I've been through the drive thru 2 days in a row at 6:30ish AM. The first time my Nashville Hot Biscuit was maybe warm. I thought I would give them another chance today because maybe someone was having an off morning, so I got the same thing this morning and same result. I didn't have time to go back through or inside to tell them. No answer to my phone calls. Do not recommend this place, especially breakfast, it's a joke.

This might be the worst fast food restaurant there is! I keep trying to go back because I love the food that much but this place horrible. The last three times I've went out of my way to visit this restaurant I leave empty handed. I've been told at 11:25am they aren't serving breakfast. I've been ignored at the counter. "The computer is resetting and it could be 2 minutes or 20." It's always something! Food is good for the most part but it's definitely a headache just to get fast food!
Floors are nasty took 50min to get my order I would fire all managers and just close the place

This place is trash with trash management. I was given the wrong order had to bring it back and the little white chick with black hair(shift manager) asked what my ored was walked off in the middle of me telling her. I raised my voice so she could hear me in the drive thru bc she stared taking an order while I was telling her mine after she asked for it. She proceeds to try an belittl me in front of everyone and I gave her everything back just as she dealt it out. She was screaming at me while I was leaving. She need to be fired. She's toxic an you could tell by the way all the employees were looking at her.
